How to raise a dispute:
- Contact us at info@multicityexperts.com with your booking reference and a description of your concern
- Our team will review the matter and respond within two business days
- Where an error or service failure on our part is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate resolution
- If the matter involves an airline policy or supplier decision, we will assist you in understanding available options
The majority of billing concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. We ask that you allow us the opportunity to address your concern before escalating to your bank.
Fraud Prevention
Multicity Experts takes the security of transactions seriously. To protect our clients and maintain service integrity, we may implement verification measures including:

Unjustified Chargebacks
A chargeback is a legitimate financial tool for disputes involving unauthorized transactions or genuine service failures. However, initiating a chargeback for a service that was properly delivered — or for a refund outcome governed by airline fare rules — may constitute an unjustified dispute.
- Unjustified chargebacks for valid, delivered services will be disputed with appropriate documentation
