MulticityExperts is a travel concierge service that assists clients in researching, planning, and booking international multi-city flights and related travel arrangements. We act as an agent on your behalf and do not operate as a carrier or hotel.
Submitting a travel inquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or financial commitment. Our specialists will present flight options for your review. Bookings are only confirmed upon your explicit approval and receipt of full payment.
Flight prices quoted are estimates based on current availability and may fluctuate before booking is confirmed. Service fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed before any booking is finalised. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the airline or carrier and the fare rules associated with your ticket. Service fees paid to MulticityExperts are non-refundable. We will assist you in navigating carrier cancellation processes at no additional charge.
MulticityExperts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from flight delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the service fees paid in connection with the affected booking.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.
